Consulting fixes the direction and leaves the delivery with you, at roughly a third of the retainer cost. It is the honest recommendation for a lot of the businesses who enquire about our full service, and we make it regularly.

The full technical and content audit, a twelve-month prioritised roadmap, and two workshops to hand it over. Fixed price, three to four weeks, no ongoing commitment.
Migration support
We own the SEO workstream of your replatform: redirect map, parity testing, staging QA, launch-day monitoring and a 30-day watch afterwards. Priced per project.
Monthly advisory
A standing call, a shared board, and asynchronous access for questions. You execute; we review, unblock and adjust the plan. Capped hours, so the price is predictable.
Team training
Practical sessions for marketers, writers and developers — separately, because they need different things. Recorded, with the materials left behind so new joiners can catch up.

Consulting is deliberately priced so that it is the cheaper option when it is the right option. If halfway through a roadmap engagement it becomes obvious you need delivery too, we will say so and credit the roadmap fee against the first month.
