Senior delivery at Indian rates, without the usual trade-off

The reason outsourcing has a bad name is that most of it is priced as labour. You brief a task, you receive the task, and nobody thinks about whether the task was the right one.

We sell the thinking as well as the hands. The person doing your client’s technical audit is the person who would do ours, and they will tell you when a brief you sent is going to waste your client’s money.

That is the whole difference, and it is why we are not the cheapest option you will be quoted.

How the relationship runs

Week 0

NDA and access

Signed NDA, a shared board in your tool, and a named delivery lead. We agree the escalation path and who talks to whom.

Week 1

Onboarding per client

We audit each account we inherit before we touch it, and give you an honest read on what the previous work achieved. Sometimes that is uncomfortable reading.

Ongoing

Delivery in your cadence

Work lands three working days before your client deadlines. You get a weekly internal summary that is written for you, not for your client.

Quarterly

Account review

Which accounts are working, which are at risk, and which ones we think you should resign. We would rather lose a retainer than let you keep a client we cannot help.

Communication and timezones

We work IST and hold a guaranteed overlap window with UK and US East Coast hours for calls. Nothing waits a full day for an answer.

Everything asynchronous runs in your tool — Slack, Teams, Asana, Jira, whatever you already use. We will not ask you to adopt ours.

Overlap windows

  • UK: 13:30–18:30 IST daily
  • US East: 18:30–22:00 IST daily
  • US West: by arrangement, twice weekly
  • Australia: 06:00–10:00 IST daily

Start with the audit

A full technical and content audit of your site, delivered in five working days, with a prioritised fix list. No obligation, and the document is yours whether or not you hire us.
