SEO Services That Compound: Technical, Content, Authority
Full-stack SEO services for Indian and global businesses – audits, on-page, content, link building and local SEO. Transparent monthly plans. Free audit.
Three jobs, run as one programme
Most agencies sell you one of these and call it SEO. A site only moves when all three happen in the right order — and the order matters more than the effort.
Make the site readable
Crawl budget, index bloat, canonical conflicts, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, internal link depth. None of it wins you a customer on its own. All of it decides whether the rest of the work counts.
Answer what people search
One page per intent, built from the live SERP rather than a keyword tool export, written by someone who understands your industry, and structured so a search engine, an AI answer and a human in a hurry all find the answer in the first paragraph.
Earn the authority to rank
In competitive SERPs, the better page loses to the better-known site. Digital PR and editorial outreach close that gap. Slowly, and with every placement disclosed.
Why the order is not negotiable
Publishing content onto a site search engines cannot crawl properly is the most common way an SEO budget disappears. This is the sequence we work in, and the reason for it.
Weeks 1–2
Find out what is actually wrong
A full crawl, log-file sampling where we can get it, Search Console history, and a competitor gap analysis against the sites genuinely ranking — not the ones you think are competitors. You get the document either way.
Weeks 3–6
Fix the foundations
Indexation, templates, speed, schema, internal linking. Then the pages already sitting on page two, because those move fastest and buy the programme credibility while the slower work compounds.
Weeks 7–12
Build the pages that sell
New pages against the keyword map, in commercial priority order. Money pages first, supporting content second. Outreach starts once there is something worth linking to.
Month 4 onward
Compound and defend
Refresh what is slipping, expand what is working, and keep the technical hygiene from decaying — which it will, every time someone installs a plugin or launches a campaign landing page.
What is included in our SEO services
Pick the tab that matches what you think you need. If you are not sure, that is what the audit is for — and we will tell you when the answer is “less than you were about to buy”.
The half of SEO nobody photographs for a case study. We work from a prioritised list your developer can action, ordered by revenue impact rather than by the severity colour a crawler assigned it.
Where you have no developer, we do the work ourselves on WordPress, Shopify and WooCommerce. On enterprise stacks we pair with your team and write the tickets in their language.
- Crawl and index control: robots rules, canonicals, parameter handling, pagination, orphan and near-duplicate pages
- Site architecture so every money page is within two clicks of the homepage
- Core Web Vitals measured per template, not from a single homepage score
- JavaScript rendering checks — what the crawler receives, not what your browser shows
- Structured data that matches the page, and does not claim things the page does not say
- Migration planning and post-launch monitoring, which is where most traffic is lost
Briefs are built from the SERP that exists today: what is ranking, what format it takes, what the page has to cover to be credible, and which entity relationships the top results share. Then a human who understands your industry writes it.
We publish two to six pieces a month depending on the plan. Every piece has a named author, a named reviewer where the subject warrants one, and a visible last-updated date.
- One page per intent — no two pages competing for the same query
- Answer-first structure, so the first 60 words stand alone as a correct answer
- Internal links planned at brief stage, not sprinkled afterwards
- Refresh cycles on the pages that earn, because decay is faster than most people expect
- AI-assisted drafting is disclosed and always rewritten by a person before it is published
Earned placements only. We pitch stories, data and commentary to people who can publish them, and we show you every result with its metrics attached.
We will not buy links, use a private blog network, or run the “guest post on 40 unrelated sites” play. Not on principle alone — because it stops working and then costs money to undo.
- Digital PR: original data, surveys and commentary journalists will actually use
- Editorial outreach to publications your buyers read
- Unlinked-mention reclamation and broken-link recovery
- Local citations and industry directories where they still carry weight
- Every placement disclosed in the monthly report, with the metrics we judged it on
One dashboard, one agreed business metric, and a monthly call with the person doing the work rather than an account manager reading a deck.
Reporting says what moved, what did not, and what we are changing because of it. The months where the honest answer is “not yet” get reported as clearly as the good ones.
- Search Console and GA4 wired to the metric you actually run on
- Conversion tracking checked before we claim any conversion
- Rank tracking treated as a diagnostic, never as the headline
- AI visibility tracking: 30 buyer prompts across four platforms, logged monthly
- A named contact who answers email without a ticket system in between
What you can hold us to
These are policies, not promises about rankings. We publish them because they are the things clients find out too late.

What we do not do
Saying this out loud costs us some enquiries. It saves both of us a wasted quarter.
- Ranking guarantees. Nobody controls the algorithm, so nobody can honestly promise a position. An agency that guarantees one is either buying links or picking terms nobody searches.
- PBNs, paid links and directory blasts. They work until they do not, and the cleanup costs more than the original campaign.
- Unedited AI content. Generation is fine as a drafting tool. Publishing the draft is how sites get flattened.
- Reporting we would not defend in front of your CFO. No “domain authority trending upward” as a headline metric.
- Work we think is wrong for you. If your demand is on paid social, or the real problem is a website that cannot convert, we will say so before you sign.

Work out whether this is worth doing at all
Before you buy SEO from anyone, put your own numbers into this. If the output does not comfortably clear the retainer, the honest answer is that SEO is not your best next channel — and we would rather you found that out here.
What would an uplift actually be worth?
Move the sliders to your own numbers. The model is deliberately conservative and shows its working.
—
extra revenue a month, once the uplift is in
Month 1 to 12 — SEO compounds, so the first quarter is the quiet one.
This is a model, not a forecast, and it assumes your conversion rate holds as traffic grows — which it often does not. Treat the output as the size of the prize, not a promise. We will build the real version from your Search Console and analytics data in the audit.
Questions we get on the first call
What do the first thirty days look like?
Week one is access and agreement: analytics, Search Console, the CMS, and a conversation about which business metric we are optimising for. Weeks two and three are the audit and the keyword map. Week four is the fix list going to whoever owns the code. You will not see traffic movement in month one, and any agency showing you a “win” that early is showing you noise.
Do you need access to our website?
For the audit, read-only access to Search Console and analytics is enough. To implement, we need either a CMS login with the right capabilities or a developer to hand tickets to. We will work either way and we will tell you which is cheaper for you.
What if we already have an in-house marketer?
Then you probably want consulting rather than a retainer — a roadmap, the technical audit, and training so your person executes it. That is usually a third of the cost. We would rather sell you the smaller thing that works.
How is this different from what our last agency did?
We do not know what they did, which is the problem. Ask us to review their last three reports during the audit. If the work was sound we will tell you that too, and the honest recommendation might be to go back to them and fix the reporting instead of switching.
Can you guarantee first page?
No. Nobody can, and the ones who do are selling you something else. What we will put in writing is scope, deliverable counts, turnaround times and the metric we report against.
